Citrix Receiver - How to disable Add Account - Release Notes - Discussions

Error: "Enter a Valid Email or Server Address" on Citrix Receiver



  I had two options, I could have created a certificate and configured for HTTPS or I could change my receiver settings on my client machine to. Make sure you entered it correctly. You may need to enter your email address instead." Solution. Confirm address being entered is correct. Cause: Red Hen Remote does not use a server address or work email address to establish a connection, but the Citrix Receiver client won't.    

 

Citrix Receiver: Please enter a secure server address that begins with HTTPS -



    As soon as my users click on the Citrix Receiver icon, there is a pop up for "Add Account - Enter your work email or server address provided. Make sure you entered it correctly. You may need to enter your email address instead." Solution. Confirm address being entered is correct.
